Exchange in store
Visit our store at Langestraat 1, Alkmaar and take the ordered item and the order number with you. In the store you have the option to exchange the product for another copy or product. If an exchange is not desirable, you will receive an immediate refund of the purchase price.Return an item
You can also return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused and in the original packaging:
Download the returns form for your country at the bottom of the page and then print it out.
Follow the instructions on the return form and complete it as completely as possible. Then carefully pack the item you want to return. Cut and paste the return address visibly on the envelope/box.
Drop off the package at a PostNL collection point to send it back to Bijoutheek. You do not pay shipping costs for returning your order.
As soon as the package has arrived and processed at Bijoutheek, we will ensure that you receive a replacement item or we will immediately refund the purchase price to you.
