Liability
Bijoutheek guarantees that the items to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them and are free from defects. If the delivered goods are defective, liability towards the consumer is limited to what is arranged in these conditions under "Exchange or return". However, liability for the items always lies with the manufacturer. Bijoutheek hereby excludes any responsibility for any damage, whether physical, material or immaterial, which may be the result of poor functioning or incorrect use of the items sold by us. If the manufacturer of a defective item is liable for consequential damage, Bijoutheek's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the item. Bijoutheek will not provide financial compensation. Bijoutheek is not liable for damage caused by intent and/or failure to observe the washing instructions in the label of the items, or improper use by the consumer.
